Vinyasa, Arm & Inversion by Rico
Every Tue/ 6-7pm
Learn to flow with breath. The dynamic and coherence yoga flow focuses on building upper body strength and skill sharing. Core work, inversion and arm balance may be involved. Medium physical required. Variation will offer to different level students. All level welcome.
Mat Pilate by Lillian
Every Wed / 8:30-9:30pm
Pilates is a full body exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well. Expect slow, precise movements and breath control.
Flexibility Flow by Euka
Every Sun / 4:15-5:15pm
This is a specialised class to focus on enhancing flexibility through designed flow yoga sequence and active stretching. Suitable for anyone who looking for increase their overall flexibility to boost their sport performance or simply feel good to release the tension.
