Trial Pass

  1. Full payment to confirm.

  2. Payment is non-refundable.

  3. Trial Pass is non-shareable.

  4. For new students only.

  5. All booked class can be cancelled through Whatsapp 12 hours beforehand.

  6. Late cancel / no show will deduct “one class”. Expect a sick leave approval by the registered doctor on the same day.

Group Class

Cancellation :

  1. All group class can be cancelled through the app 12 hours beforehand.

  2. When encounter technical problem, please WhatsApp / call / email studio 12 hours beforehand. 

  3. Late cancel / no show will deduct full class credit . Expect a sick leave approval by the registered doctor on same day.

Credits :

  1. Un-used credits can be carryover to a new package when students renew the existing package BEFORE the expiry date.

  2. Expiry credit cannot re-activated.

  3. When the un-used credits not enough to book one class, and student who don’t wish to renew, they can top-up the balance to book one class to fully use the credit. Amount to pay depends on the package .

Package Suspension

During the suspension period, student’s account will be paused, and the expire will be extended accordingly.

  1. Pregnancy : Maximum 15 months from the first month of pregnancy with a certification issued by the registered doctor. Students need to contact the studio to reactive the account or the un-used credit will become invalid.

  2. Injury : Minimum one month, maximum 3 months of suspension with the certification issued by the registered doctor.

  3. Personal reason : HKD250 handling fee will be charged for one month suspension. Maximum 3 months suspension in one package.

Class Policy

  1. Please notice the studio asap if you are running late to the class.

  2. Teachers have the right to reject students attending the class who late over 10 mins and deduct the full class credit.

  3. Teacher have the right to invite any student to leave the studio immediately for any rude and disrespectful action or harassment towards others.

  4. Please keep the studio clean and quiet all the time.

  5. Clean your own mat and equipment after the class.

  6. Please don’t step on other’s mat. Put yourself into others shoes.

  7. No drinking or eating inside the studio, expect water.

Payment and Service

  1. Payment for all service is non-refundable.

  2. All service have to be pre-paid and pre-booked.

  3. All group package have to activate within / on the 14th days from the date of payment. Or it will be automatically activated on the 14th days from the date of payment.

  4. Invoice is available upon request.

  5. C. FOR STUDIO reserve the right for the final decision.
