Group class can be cancelled through the app 12 hours before the start time. 

In case encounter technical problem, students have to WhatsApp / call / email studio 12 hours before the class start. 

Late cancel / no show will deduct full class credit . Expect approval by the registered doctor.

For trial class, please WhatsApp / call / email studio 12 hours before the class start.  Refund is not available for late cancel / no show.

Payment for all service is non-refundable.

All service have to be pre-paid. 

All group package / pass have to activate within / on 14 days from the date of payment by the holder. Otherwise the package/pass will automatically activate on the 14 days from the date of payment.

In case of pregnancy or injury, the group class package/pass of the student can be suspended temporally with the certification issued by the registered doctor which state the particular student cannot perform any kind of sport in a certain period of time.

To suspend any group class package /pass due to personal reason, HKD300 handling fee will be charged by the studio. For each suspension period have to be 30 days. Each package / pass can be suspended once only. Students are allowed to apply for a maximum 2 times of suspension yearly

Invoice is available upon request.

C. FOR STUDIO reserve the right for the final decision.

Teachers have the right not allowing students who late for over 5 mins to join the class.

Always keep clean and quiet in the studio.

Please clean your own mat and equipment after the class.

Please don’t step on other’s mat. Put yourself into others shoes. In order to keep the studio clean for everyone, please no drinking or eating in the studio (expect water).
