Christine Sit

Founder and teacher of C. For Studio

Christine has been practicing yoga since 2013, she is a certified Yoga instructor, Functional Mobility Specialist and a forever-Yoga student based in Hong Kong.

Four years of consistent practice, Christine found Yoga not only transform her body, but also changes her perspective on the relationship between the world and her own. It gives her more control to the emotion and higher conscious to her behaviour, people and the environment. She received her RYS200 in 2017 and then leave her editor role to devote on yoga teaching.

With Philosophy and Visual Art academy background, Christine intense to share mindful, creative yet functional practice with the community.

Rico Chow

Rico’s goal as yoga teacher is to be inspirational to his student. His class stay true to his lineage of yoga. He encourages student focus more on inner body throughout breathing and having clear mind after yoga practice.

His class are physically demanding with an emphasis on attention and intention during practices, he believes in the body and mind connection (body affects the mind and the mind affects the body) which yoga can unify and restore body, mind & soul.

He hopes to help people connect their physical practice to a genuine understanding of themselves and the world around them, bringing balance into their everyday life.

JM (Jean-Marc)

JM has been practicing Ashtanga yoga since 2008.

In 2014 & 2016, he went to Mysore India to study with Sharath Jois to further deepened his experience of the practice by assisting workshops and teacher trainings by world famous Ashtangis like David Swenson, Gabriele Severini , Mark Robberds… 

He has practiced and learned under the guidance of different certified or authorised teachers : Magnolia Zuniga, Clayton Horton, Dylan Bernstein, Eng Eng Tio, Nigel Marshall and has assisted them  during Mysore classes (traditional form of Ashtanga practice) since 2013. At the same time he began to teach for different studios in Hong Kong.

Kate To

Kate started practising yoga in 2011 wanted to overcome an autoimmune disease. By practising yoga she has found her balance physically, mentally and emotionally. Yoga helps her to change her perspective on life ,and became a more positive and happier person. 


Kate enjoys to practise vinyasa , yin and restorative. She loves being in the nature, as she believes mother earth offers us the most amazing healing power. Kate is also a Reiki master and a  multi-instruments sound healing facilitator. She loves using music to enhance and inspire her yoga practice. Being a classical trained pianist , she believes music , sound and chanting have amazing power to heal and transform .

Krystal Yeung

Krystal had her teacher training in a gorgeous island located in Bali with a group of inspiring and spiritual masters. 

The training has opened her heart and eyes. Yoga is something way beyond those beautiful postures, it is a life long practice and it helps us to turn inwards while living in an extrovert world, it offers me a brand new perspective towards life that is full of consciousness, love and joy.

My teaching emphasise on cultivating awareness of the mind, breath and body.

Euka

Euka is a Filipino born Chinese who is currently based in Hong Kong. She came to Hong Kong in 2014 for a graduation trip after completing her Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering. She ended up staying in Hong Kong and is working in the aviation industry.

In 2015, she found yoga through her teacher who became her constant inspiration. As her interest in yoga grew, she pursued her first teacher training in 2019 that her teacher recommended. Ever since, she has been passionate in both teaching and practicing yoga.

In her class, she is firm with her teachings and practice but gentle to her students. She aims to encourage her students to become the better version of themselves through exploring their own limits one day at a time and to truly live the teachings of yoga into their lives.
